UST-145GW/165GW AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED SPOT UV COATING MACHINE

 

This is a powerful high-speed spot/full UV coating equipment. It has the dual characteristics of being applicable to both water-based and UV coating, which can fully meet various coating requirements. It is suitable for spot or full coating operations using rubber blankets or f lexible resin plates as the printing plates. The machine adopts a swing-down structure to complete the paper transfer work, making the paper handover more precise and efficient. When performing spot coating, the registration is accurate, the coating is even, and there is no ink squeezing phenomenon. It is used for the spot overprinting or full coating of the texts and patterns on various printed products such as books, advertisements, color boxes, films, and high-end packaging, which can protect the surface of the printed products and enhance their aesthetic appeal.

 

This equipment adopts a swing-down paper transfer structure. After printing, the printed products are placed on the high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt by the paper gripper bars for curing and paper feeding. It can achieve high-speed production at a speed of 8,000 sheets per hour, and its efficiency is more than twice than traditional coating machines

PAPER FEEDING SYSTEM

 

 

The feeder adopts a high-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers. It is a highly efficient paper feeding. Its unique maintenance-free design endows it with stronger and more stable paper feeding. While running at high speed, it can ensure that each sheet of paper is accurately and swiftly transported, significantly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding procedure.

 

It can be equipped with a shaftless drive mode, which breaks away from the limitations of the traditional shaft system. This makes the paper feeding more smoothly and reduces the mis-feeding caused by mechanical wearing. At the same time, this technology also enhances the adaptability of the equipment to different paper specifications and materials. Whether it is thin paper or thick cardboard, the paper feeder can handle them easily. This paper feeder has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable performance, etc.

 

 

 

HOST COATING SYSTEM

 

The left and right side lays adopt a bearing-type design, which is convenient to adjust and provides precise positioning. Meanwhile, it has the function of fine adjustment left and right.

 

The front lay features an independent and adjustable design. It allows for fine adjustment of the front lay during the production process, which greatly facilitates the registration of spot UV.

 

The lubrication system of the main machine adopts a rain-falling type lubrication method. It doesn't require special maintenance. When the lubricating oil in the main machine's oil circuit is insufficient, the system will automatically alarm and stop the operation of the main machine.

 

The equipment transmission utilizes a high - strength external helical gear structure, which has the advantages of low operating noise, simple maintenance.

 

The coating roller has a ceramic anilox roller with a closed - type doctor blade system. This combination enables precise control of the amount of coating material, effectively reducing the splashing of consumables. (A rubber roller + steel roller structure is optional.)

 

The equipment is equipped with all imported bearings and chains, ensuring more stable operation of the entire machine and enhancing its durability.

 

Safety protection devices are configured in multiple locations, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the machine by operators.

 

 

DRYING SYSTEM 

 

 

 

The UV drying equipment is composed of two pull-out type ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish, and it is more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.

 

The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology, and the power of the UV lamps is automatically matched with the machine speed, so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy conservation.

 

An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover. When the temperature exceeds the set value of the system, the lamp group will be automatically turned off to avoid damage to the lamp cover due to overheating.

 

The Teflon conveying mesh belt has an automatic deviation correction function. If it exceeds the deviation correction limit, the system will automatically protect and stop the operation of the mesh belt to prevent the mesh belt from being damaged.

 

The system is equipped with an IR curing lamp group, which is composed of 24 infrared short-wave tubes and is controlled separately in two groups, and is used for the curing of water-based consumables.

 

The lower adsorption device is adopted below the mesh belt of the curing system, which can ensure the high-speed and stable operation of the paper.

 

Safety: The curing section is equipped with a paper jamming prevention and monitoring device. If the paper jams during production, the system will automatically activate the protection function, turn off the paper feeding and curing systems to ensure production safety.

 

DELIVERY SYSTEM 

 

 

Pneumatic aligning device, which is convenient to adjust and ensures smooth and neat paper receiving.

 

Equipped with a cooling fan, and an air conditioning cooling device can be installed additionally.

 

Pneumatic buffer device, which can slow down and buffer the paper passing at high speed.

 

Equipped with a paper counter, which can count the production quantity in real time and can be manually reset.
