The dual-unit with unique design and excellent performance. the first unit dedicated to water based coating, while the second unit can handle both UV product coating and aqueous product coating, enabling synchronized production of water based and UV products. It meets a variety of coating needs, such as soft touch varnish, plastic-free matte varnish, thickened spot UV varnish, and scratch-resistant matte varnish.
The equipment is compatible with rubber blankets or flexible resin plates, excelling in both spot coating and full-surface coating. Featuring a swing-down structure for paper transfer, the sheet is precise and fast. The impression system adopts a double-diameter configuration.Many time morg efficiency compared to traditional coating machines,or full coating, is accurate and even, eliminating any ink squeezing issues. It is suitable for text and pattern coating on books, advertisements, films, and high-end packaging, effectively protecting the printed surface and enhancing aesthetics. The sheet transfer employs, with fully enclosed to reduce stretching and extend the equipment's lifespan. Multiple safety are in place, and the user-friendly operating system ensures safe and simple production. Capable of stable high-speed production at 7,000–8,000 sheets per hour.

SPECIFICATIONS

FEEDING SYSTEM

The feeder adopts a high-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers. It is a highly efficient paper feeding. Its unique maintenance-free design endows it with stronger and more stable paper feeding. While running at high speed, it can ensure that each sheet of paper is accurately and swiftly transported, significantly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding procedure.
It can be equipped with a shaftless drive mode, which breaks away from the limitations of the traditional shaft system. This makes the paper feeding more smoothly and reduces the mis-feeding caused by mechanical wearing. At the same time, this technology also enhances the adaptability of the equipment to different paper specifications and materials. Whether it is thin paper or thick cardboard, the paper feeder can handle them easily. This paper feeder has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable performance, etc.
COATING SYTEM


The left and right side lays adopt a bearing-type design, which is convenient to adjust and provides precise positioning. Meanwhile, it has the function of fine adjustment left and right.
The front lay features an independent and adjustable design. It allows for fine adjustment of the front lay during the production process, which greatly facilitates the registration of spot UV.
The lubrication system of the main machine adopts a rain-falling type lubrication method. It doesn't require special maintenance. When the lubricating oil in the main machine's oil circuit is insufficient, the system will automatically alarm and stop the operation of the main machine.
The equipment transmission utilizes a high - strength external helical gear structure, which has the advantages of low operating noise, simple maintenance.
The coating roller has a ceramic anilox roller with a closed - type doctor blade system. This combination enables precise control of the amount of coating material, effectively reducing the splashing of consumables. (A rubber roller + steel roller structure is optional.)
The equipment is equipped with all imported bearings and chains, ensuring more stable operation of the entire machine and enhancing its durability.
Safety protection devices are configured in multiple locations, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the machine by operators.
DRYING SYSTEM

The UV drying equipment is consist of two pull-out type UV mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish and make it more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.
The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology. The power of the UV lamps is automatically matched with the machine speed, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy conservation.
An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover. If the temperature exceeds the value set by the system, the lamp group will be automatically turned off to avoid damaging the lamp cover due to overheating.
System Configuration: First Unit (Water-based Primer Drying unit): Equipped with IR drying system + hot air drying system. Second Unit (Water based/Uv unit): Equippedwith IR drying system + Stepless UV curing system, enabling dual-unit operation for flexible and various production applications.
The chain gripper mechanism use closed gripper bar under the curing zone, maintaining perfect registration even at maximum production speeds.
DELIVERY SYSTEM
The mechanical cam flapping system, simple adjustment and guarantees smooth, precise paper stacking.
With cooling fans, air-conditioning cooling system is optional.
A paper slow down suction unit is installed at the delivery end, reduce the running speed of sheets at stacker.
With an integrated sheet counter that monitors production volume in real time and allows manual reset when needed.
With a cam-driven gripper mechanism, enabling precise sheet registration control while running.
Equipped with a pneumatic sampling system, providing enhanced safety and simplified operation for sample picking up.
