EQUIPMENT FEATURES
This machine is equipped with a gripper conveying system. The impression cylinder and the plate cylinder are pneumatically engaged and disengaged. It can automatically load and unload the cylinders. The plate installation space at the main machine is large, facilitating quick and convenient plate loading and unloading. The UV varnish tank is designed with a water heating system, which enables the UV varnish to maintain good flow out properties at any ambient temperature. The whole machine uses precision imported rolling bearings, which are easy to maintain and highly reliable. Coating system: Equipped with a high-precision ceramic anilox roller and chambered doctor blade system to ensure even and delicate coating, completely eliminating ink splattering and reducing production costs. (No need for metering rubber rollers, avoiding production downtime caused by roller damage. The ceramic anilox roller with chambered doctor blade system keeps the varnish application area clean and tidy, preventing paper sticking and smudging.

FEEDING SYSTEM


The feeder adopts a high-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers. It is a highly efficient paper feeding. Its unique maintenance-free design endows it with stronger and more stable paper feeding. While running at high speed, it can ensure that each sheet of paper is accurately and swiftly transported, significantly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding procedure.
It can be equipped with a shaftless drive mode, which breaks away from the limitations of the traditional shaft system. This makes the paper feeding more smoothly and reduces the mis-feeding caused by mechanical wearing. At the same time, this technology also enhances the adaptability of the equipment to different paper specifications and materials. Whether it is thin paper or thick cardboard, the paper feeder can handle them easily. This paper feeder has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable performance, etc.
COATING SYSTEM

DRYING SYSTEM

The UV drying equipment consists of three pull-out type UV mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish and make it more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.
The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology. The power of the UV lamps is automatically matched with the machine speed, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy conservation.
An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover. If the temperature exceeds the value set by the system, the lamp group will be automatically turned off to avoid damaging the lamp cover due to overheating.
The Teflon conveyor belt has an automatic deviation correction function. If the deviation exceeds the limit, the system will automatically activate the protection and stop the operation of the belt to prevent damage the belt.
The system is equipped with an IR drying lamps, which is consist of 42 IR lamps and is controlled separately in two groups, and it is used for drying water-based consumables.
Conveyor belt with vacuum system, which can ensure the high-speed and stable running of the paper.
Safety: The curing section is equipped with a paper jam detecting device. If paper jams occur during production, the system will automatically activate the protection function, stop the paper feeding and curing systems to ensure production safety.
DELIVERY SYSTEM

The pneumatic flapping device is easy to adjust, ensuring smooth and neat paper collection.
It is equipped with cooling fans and air-conditioning cooling device is optional.
The pneumatic slow down device can reduce the running speed of sheets on stacker.
It is equipped with sheets counter, which can count the production quantity and can be manually reset.
The pneumatic sampling device makes the sample pick up operation safer and simpler.
